Welcome to Capital Formwork we provide a professional construction operation in Hartlip. Formwork is our predominant trade as well as all aspects of excavation, sub groundwork, steel fixing, and concreting. From large civil construction to personal requirements.
We are a family based business local to Hartlip being formed in 2014. This inauguration followed many years in the trade by our Managing Director, Mat Hinkins. We have just recently added a new location known as The Fort Workshop which offer yard and workshop facilities. We are gradually transferring all of our operation to this location whilst retaining our Head Office at Warwick Way.

Olympic Transformation Park
We provided the Formwork, Steel Fixing and Concreting for the Olympic Park Transformation Project. This entailed the construction of the main entrance stair wells, staircases, lift shafts and Podium Slab.This project was completed in time for the hosting of the Rugby World Cup Games in 2015
This is a major engineering project providing extra accommodation to an already substantive family home. Capital Formwork provided a 10m Deep Basement with two story reinforced concrete frame constructed above ground level. This project also included the construction of radius walls, in situ stairs and radius balconies.

These sites are a collection of numerous ongoing projects where we are providing piled raft bases and foundations for houses and apartment buildings. Our operation notably includes the construction of foundations for a German builder of well known prefabricated houses. Our operation include all aspects of sub ground Excavations, Drainage, Formwork, Steel Fixing, and concreting.
